Food Exhibition was held from October 27 to 29, 2021, at Tokyo Big Sight, Japan. It consisted of six specialized food-related exhibitions: Food Factory, Food System Solution, Food Safety Japan, Food Distribution, Food Souzai-Delica Japan, and Food Reishoku Japan, which covered food manufacturing, mass cooking and food hygiene, factory equipment, logistics and e-commerce, etc.

Of them, the Food Factory was a special exhibition dedicated to the latest facilities, equipment, and services that proposed the introduction and improvement of engineering and equipment in food factories. The seventh edition of the exhibition showcased products related to food factories such as factory engineering, factory automation, and factory facilities, together on one floor, attracting more than 11,100 visitors during the three-day period.
