Notes on eJARN (online) subscription

1、One eJARN account must be used by one user only. An account cannot be shared with multiple users.
2、Users must register on the website under their personal name and cannot register under their company name.
3、e-mail addresses that can be used for eJARN registration are personal and cannot be shared with other persons in a department or company.
4、Special rates apply for corporate subscription (20 or more accounts); please inquire individually for details.

Notes on JARN Magazine (paper) subscription

1、JARN Magazine issues are sent by international mail (small packet by Japan Post).
2、The subscription fee includes international postage only, and customs duties or any other taxes are not included.
3、Magazines returned to JARN for any reason, including no reason or unclaimed, are not resent. Therefore, please keep your mailing address and other necessary information for delivery up-to-date.
4、The international postal services which we use, such as "small packet", are subject to change without notice due to changes in circumstances.

General Notes on JARN subscription

1. No mid-term cancellations are allowed, and subscription fees are non-refundable.
2. Plans cannot be changed after a subscription term starts.
3. Failure to obtain the necessary information to process your subscription may result in suspension of your account or cancellation of your subscription order.
4. When you pay for your subscription by bank transfer, please make sure that the amount received by JARN is the full amount of the invoice. If any fees are deducted during the procedure, the subscription period may be shortened accordingly.
5. U.S. dollar amounts are approximate credit card payments, since they can only be processed in Japanese yen. The U.S. dollar amount shown above is converted to Japanese yen based on TTM on the day payment is authorized. This is the amount JARN receives. However, your credit card is charged this payment in yen at a later date. Therefore, the differing exchange rates on the day payment is authorized and the day your card is charged may result in a small discrepancy.
