The Indonesian commodity market in the first half of 2021 was gradually recovering from the heavy damage caused in the first half of 2020 by the pandemic, but it has yet to return to 2019 levels. The number of infected people began to increase sharply again during June this year, and the forecast for the 2021 gross domestic product (GDP) was revised downward from 5.3 to 4.3, due to the expansion of behavioral regulations.
