Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, retail sales of room air conditioners (RACs) in China were basically frozen in February and March. During these months, China faced problems such as insufficient production, a shortage of components and parts, rising costs, poor logistics, and incapability of installation. Since the stabilization of the epidemic in China, the entire system, from production, sales, to installation, has basically returned to normal. With the arrival of the home improvement season in May and June, the performance of RAC sales was getting better.
