Nov 25, 2014 The November Contractor Comfort Index (CCI) shows contractors feeling positive about short-term growth, according to industry association ACCA. The November 2014 was at 74, indicating that contractors are feeling better than they were a year earlier, when the CCI was 64. A CCI of 50 or above reflects anticipated growth.
