EC Approves Acquisition of Carrier Refrigeration by Haier

In May, the European Commission (EC) approved, under the European Union (EU) Merger Regulation, the acquisition of sole control of Carrier Refrigeration Benelux by Haier Europe Appliances Holding, both based in the Netherlands.
