In 2023, the Russian variable refrigerant flow (VRF) market achieved record results. More than 25,000 units were sold, making it one of the top three VRF markets on the European continent for the first time. Of them, 16,000 units were top-discharge type VRF systems and 9,000 units were side-discharge type mini-VRF systems. In 2022, a total of 17,600 VRFs were sold in Russia, comprising 10,550 VRF units and 7,050 mini-VRF units.
