Castel Acquires Majority Share in Dieci Electric

Castel, a leader in the air conditioning and refrigeration (AC&R) components sector, announced in April that it had completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Dieci Electric, a company specialized in the design and implementation of solutions for the management and control of refrigeration systems.
