Arbonia acquires the Spanish market leader for doors, the Dimoldura Group, as well as the Czech market leader in the contractor services sector – Lignis

Arbon, 17 May 2024 – Arbonia is actively consolidating the European competition landscape in the area of interior and special doors by acquiring the Spanish market leader for interior doors in south-western Europe, Dimoldura, as well as the Czech company Lignis for special doors.
