Toshiba Carrier to be Renamed as Carrier Japan with New Company Logo

On January 22, 2024, Toshiba Carrier announced that the name of the company will change from Toshiba Carrier to Carrier Japan Corporation, effective May 1, 2024. Its two wholly-owned subsidiaries in Japan will be also renamed. Also in May, Toshiba Carrier will relocate its main office from Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, to Shinagawa Ku, Tokyo.
