Laars Heating Systems Acquires Electro Industries

On January 4, Laars Heating Systems, a subsidiary of Bradford White, announced that it had acquired Electro Industries, a Minnesota-based manufacturer of electric boilers, electric duct heaters and controls, and air-to-water (ATW) heat pump technology. Laars Heating Systems is a New Hampshire-based manufacturer of residential, commercial, and industrial boilers and water heaters.
