Johnson Controls Releases New Compact YORK Centrifugal Heat Pump

On December 12, Johnson Controls announced that it had added a new 400-ton CYK heat pump to its existing lineup of centrifugal heat pumps in the capacity range of 600 to 2,000 tons. According to the company, the YORK CYK water-to-water compound centrifugal heat pump series can reduce water consumption and operating costs by as much as 50% compared with conventional boiler and chiller systems.
