Toshiba Carrier to be Renamed as Carrier Japan Corporation

KAWASAKI CITY, Japan, Jan. 22, 2024 - Toshiba Carrier Corporation (TCC) announced that the name of the company will change from Toshiba Carrier Corporation to Carrier Japan Corporation, effective May 1, 2024. Its two wholly-owned subsidiaries in Japan will be also renamed. Also in May, TCC will relocate its main office from Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, to Shinagawa Ku, Tokyo. TCC is a part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions.
