Carrier Completes Acquisition of Viessmann Climate Solutions

On January 2, 2024, Carrier Global announced that it has completed the acquisition of Viessmann Climate Solutions, the largest segment of Viessmann Group. This acquisition plan was initially announced on April 25, 2023 in a cash and stock transaction valued at €12 billion (about US$ 13 billion).
