LG Announces Heat Pump Research Consortium in Alaska

On November 7, LG Electronics announced the establishment of the Consortium for Advanced Heat Pump Research (CAHR) in collaboration with public universities in Alaska. Through the CAHR, LG will operate two dedicated research labs in Anchorage and Fairbanks, with the College of Engineering at the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) and the HVAC Lab at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, respectively.
