Yunnan Province Promotes Drying Grain Using Heat Pumps

The Yunnan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs teamed up with six departments including the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission to jointly release notification of the ‘Yunnan Province Implementation Plan to Accelerate Construction of Drying Capacities at Grain Producing Areas’. The notification stated that a new batch of drying centers and stations will be newly built and retrofitted within three years, to address drying demand in the grain production areas.
