MHI Included in "World Index" of Dow Jones Sustainability Index for the First Time

Tokyo, December 15, 2023 - For the first time, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) has been selected for inclusion in the "World Index" of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI), one of the world's leading investment indices for ESG (environmental, social and governance) performance. The Company scored an overall ranking in the 98th percentile within its industry (Note), in reflection of its strong initiatives in all ESG areas and the high quality of its disclosure reports.
