A. O. Smith Launches Plug-in Hot Water Heater

On October 11, A.O. Smith launched a new plug-in heat pump water heater in its Voltex series. The new Voltex 120V is designed to replace gas-fired water heaters. It plugs into a 15-A circuit typically found in homes and can heat an amount of hot water equivalent to standard residential gas water heaters.
