Danfoss Launches the First HP Module with Super-low Propane Charge

In a collaborative research project led by the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE, Danfoss supported the development of a new refrigerant-reduced heat pump module with a super-performance and limited use of propane by contributing charge-reduced heat exchangers. This low refrigerant charge allows for installation inside buildings without undergoing extensive safety precautions.
