NORESCO to Implement Resiliency Upgrades at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka Through Energy Savings Performance Contract

NORESCO has been awarded a $78 million contract modification for additional work under its energy savings performance contract (ESPC) with the U.S. Navy at Commander Fleet Activities (CFA) Yokosuka, Japan. The CFA Yokosuka Power Resiliency Island Mode Enhancements (CFAY-PRIME) project will bolster energy resiliency for mission-critical systems at CFA Yokosuka, the U.S. Navy’s largest overseas installation. These improvements will ensure the continuity of operations in the event of grid power interruptions.
