ASERCOM Delivers a Speech to Promote Heat Pumps in Rome

Association of European refrigeration Component manufacturers (ASERCOM) attended the ZeroEmission Mediterranean 2023, an international trade show dedicated to technologies for the production and distribution of clean electricity, held on October 10 to 12, in Rome, Italy. In the presence of the Italian Minister of the Environment and Energy, Gilberto Picchetto Fratin, the Association of European Component Manufacturers (ASERCOM) President, Marco Masini, had the chance to deliver a Keynote speech on the ‘Photovoltaics (PV) implementation for sustaining the market growth in Italy’ to alert the industry and the Italian market about the risk of delaying the expected transition because of the ‘universal per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) ban’ proposed by the European Chemical Agency (ECHA).
