Fujitsu General Makes TCFG in Thailand Its Wholly-owned Subsidiary

On July 11, 2023, Fujitsu General announced that FGA (Thailand), its consolidated subsidiary, will acquire additional shares of TCFG Compressor (Thailand) (TCFG) to make TCFG a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fujitsu General.
