Vertiv S.r.I. acquires patents and other assets of CleanTech startup Efficient Energy

In the insolvency proceedings about the assets of the German cooling machine manufacturer Efficient Energy GmbH, insolvency administrator Dr. Matthias Hofmann was able to find a solution for the future of the company's technology. As a manufacturer of energy-efficient and clean chillers, Efficient Energy GmbH had been the first manufacturer worldwide to make the refrigerant water usable in series production.
