Oregon Launches Heat Pump Rebates for Renters

The Oregon Department of Energy has announced that it is launching a new program to provide renters and owners of rental homes, including manufactured homes and recreational vehicles (RVs), rebates for heat pump installations. Specifically, the Oregon Department of Energy was given US$ 15 million by the state legislature in 2022 to fund heat pump installations in rental homes.
