FOOMA Japan Attracts a Record Number of Exhibitors

For four days from June 6 to 9, 2023, FOOMA Japan 2023 was held at Tokyo Big Sight under the auspices of the Japan Food Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (FOOMA). More than 950 exhibitors, the largest number ever, displayed their cutting-edge product portfolios. FOOMA Japan attracted more than 106,000 visitors. In order to propose solutions that address issues encountered in the food sector, FOOMA Japan lined up each company’s products in 21 fields and one zone in the food manufacturing process area.
