Norlake: new VP sales of food retail for RSG

Steve Chappell joined the Refrigerated Solutions Group team as VP of Sales, Food Retail.Refrigerated Solutions Group (RSG) is pleased to announce that Steve Chappell has joined the team as VP of Sales, Food Retail, effective July 10, 2023. Steve joins RSG from The Middleby Corporation, where he most recently served as VP of Sales & Business Development. He led all global sales and equipment development efforts for their beverage division, including condiment products. He developed long-range sales planning, evaluated acquisition targets, and led new product development initiatives while driving a best-in-class customer experience.
