NIBE: June 2023 Part L Regulation Changes

On the 15th June 2023, The Amendment Regulations and accompanying Approved Documents L: Volumes 1 and 2 have come into full force. Prior to 15th June 2023, any building work where a building notice or an initial notice has been given to, or full plans deposited with, a local authority would not be impacted by the Part L Regulations.
