Government Promotes Grain Drying by Heat Pumps

Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration have jointly released an ‘Opinion over Fostering Construction of Drying Capabilities in Grain Growth Region’.
