The aim of the Clivet Onboarding: to involve and make new recruits understand the company vision and culture in order to become effective members of the company.In June, for three consecutive days, 40 new colleagues, clerks and workers from all our locations had the opportunity to walk through the various production departments and climb up to the tip of the Clivet pyramid to discover all the offices.
