Viessmann Climate Solutions to Be Acquired by Carrier in €12 Billion Deal

Viessmann Climate Solutions, the largest segment of Viessmann Group that manufactures heating boilers and heat pumps, will be acquired by Carrier Global in a cash and stock transaction valued at €12 billion (about US$ 13 billion), subject to working capital and other adjustments.
