Fujitsu General to Make Norwegian Distributor a Subsidiary

Fujitsu General Group has been promoting direct sales for further business expansion in Europe. The company is aggressively expanding its business domain and is building a new business structure. On April 17, 2023, Fujitsu General announced that it intends to provide new value to its customers, and has decided to acquire 67% of the issued shares of Kløver Vest Holdings (KVH), the parent company of ACsenteret (ACS), one of its European distributors.
