Mitsubishi Electric to Build US$ 222 Million AC Factory

Mahindra Industrial Park Chennai, a joint venture (JV) between Mahindra World City Developers and Sumitomo of Japan, announced on April 17 that Mitsubishi Electric India will set up a US$ 222 million plant to manufacture air conditioners and compressors at Origins by Mahindra, near Chennai.
