Mitsubishi Electric Compressors Head the Market with Alternative Refrigerant Models

At 2023 AHR Expo held in the United States this February, JARN interviewed Mamoru Chiyonobu, president and managing director of Siam Compressor Industry (SCI), a Mitsubishi Electric group company based in Thailand, to hear about the compressor business of the Mitsubishi Electric group and SCI’s role within it.
While the U.S. government is promoting heat pumps, Mitsubishi Electric Group would like to demonstrate at this exhibition that it is ready to supply compressors compatible with new refrigerants ahead of the rest of the industry.
