Ingersoll Rand Acquires SPX Flow’s Air Treatment Business

On January 3, Ingersoll Rand announced that it had completed the acquisition of SPX Flow’s Air Treatment business, valued at approximately US$ 525 million, in an allcash transaction. The business has approximately 500 employees and announced a revenue forecast of US$ 180 million in 2022, of which roughly half was from aftermarket sales. It is now part of Ingersoll Rand’s Industrial Technologies and Services (IT&S) segment.
