Carrier’s Chiller Plant Solution Reduces Energy Consumption for Data Centers

Carrier continues to provide lifecycle solutions for complete data center optimization that exceed the standards set by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Energy Administration of China. Carrier collaborated with OneAsia to build its first data center equipped with a water-cooled chiller system data center in China, in Nantong Industrial Park. By optimizing the energy efficiency of the entire cooling system, the high-efficiency chiller plant can reduce the annual electricity bill by approximately RMB 1.27 million (about US$ 187,200).
