Trane Releases Updated Heat Pump, Split, and Rooftop Systems

On November 28, 2022, Trane Technologies announced that it was updating its Precedent, Odyssey, and Foundation series of HVAC systems. The Precedent line of standard and high-efficiency rooftop heat pump units offers models in capacities from 12.5 to 25 tons that meet the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) 2023 energy efficiency standards. The high-efficiency heat pump models exceed these standards by at least 25%, according to the company.
