Johnson Controls Offers Residential HVAC Leasing Program

On December 2, 2022, Johnson Controls announced its new Ultimate Home Comfort program. Available to U.S. homeowners, Ultimate Home Comfort is a leasing program for YORK-brand heating and cooling systems. Under the program, homeowners pay a monthly fee and Johnson Controls handles system installation, annual maintenance, and service over a 10-year period along with providing a 10-year parts and labor warranty.
