Mitsubishi Electric: Segreen

Segreen is a tertiary complex for multitenant offices, located in Segrate, just outside Milan. The development, with a total area of about 20,000 square meters, stems from the refurbishment and expansion of an existing building and sets important objectives in terms of sustainability, dictated by the LEED Gold and WELL Gold certifications obtained. For this reason, great attention was paid to the presence of green areas, the recovery of rainwater, the installation of large portions of photovoltaic panels and the design and construction of highly efficient technological systems.
