Cavotec is an international group that designs and manufactures automated connection and electrification systems for shipping ports, airports, and industrial applications worldwide. Cavotec Italy is a plant of excellence of the Group, located in Nova Milanese. The facility has a total area of 35,000 square metres. Here they design and assemble cable reels for ports and maritime cranes, tunnel and mining boring machines, motorised cable reels for airplanes and ships, automatic mooring systems and electrification and hydraulic power for Azipot ship engines.
