The First China Heat Pump Conference Contributes to National Carbon Reduction

On October 24 to 27, 2022, the first China Heat Pump Conference (CHPC) was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, with the theme of ‘Focus on heat pump innovation to pursue low-carbon development’. The event was organized by the Chinese Association of Refrigeration (CAR) and sponsored by the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR). The conference attracted more than 400 attendees from all over the world, including representatives of major manufacturers, as well as experts, researchers, and designers in the heat pump industry. JARN was also invited to the conference. With both offline and online platforms, the conference provided a forum for lively exchanges and discussions on the current status and future path of the development of the heat pump industry.
