Viessmann acquires stake in Slovenian software specialist Nomnio

Allendorf (Eder) – The Viessmann Group ("Viessmann") has acquired a minority stake in Nomnio d.o.o. ("Nomnio"). Nomnio is a fast-growing software development company for connected products, services and solutions focused on the European HVAC market (heating, cooling, ventilation) and based in Maribor, Slovenia. The Nomnio team consists of around 20 engineers and will continue to be led by founders Matej Hertiš, Gregor Srdić and Martin Potočnik.
