Ariston to Enrich Sustainable Heating with Centrotec Climate Systems

On September 15, Ariston Holding in Italy, a global leader in sustainable solutions for thermal comfort, announced that after a successful bidding process, a binding agreement has been signed with Centrotec for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Centrotec Climate Systems. The transaction is envisaged to be consummated by December 31, 2022.
