Epta Provides Sustainable Approach to e-Shopping

In 2011, Epta, a commercial refrigeration specialist in Italy, launched Click & Collect, an efficient purchasing method that allows the customer to purchase food and non-food products by clicking then collecting from a refrigerated locker. Following an initial adjustment phase, Click & Collect has developed fast in the English-speaking world since 2018.
