Mitsubishi Electric: variable flow systems (VPF)
2022-09-09
Variable flow systems (VPF) represent a highly advantageous technology because, in the face of a reduced initial investment cost, they provide an increase in the energy efficiency of air conditioning systems throughout their useful life, minimizing the return on investment and containing operating costs. In fact, since the energy consumption associated with the circulation of the heat transfer fluid weighs heavily on the operating costs of a system, this can be reduced thanks to the adoption of variable speed pumps, able to regulate the water flow rate according to the thermal load that the system needs to satisfy.
