Carrier Completes Acquisition of Toshiba Carrier

On July 31, 2022, Carrier announced that the company has completed its acquisition of substantially all of Toshiba’s ownership stake in Toshiba Carrier. A longstanding joint venture (JV) between Carrier and Toshiba, Toshiba Carrier is a global provider of residential and light commercial HVAC solutions, including variable refrigerant f low (VRF) and heat pump products.
