1. Carrier Introduces Two-stage AC and Heat Pump Ahead of 2023 DOE
The Performance series 17 air conditioner and Performance series 17 heat pump are among the first in a line of products that meet the 2023 efficiency standards to be released in 2022. Carrier will offer a full line of heating and cooling products that meet the new criteria this year.

2. Fujitsu General Announces Premier Program Strategic Partnership
Fujitsu General America has partnered with Service 1st Financial to offer the Premier Program to its contractor partners. This partnership allows Fujitsu contractors to provide homeowners with a Home Comfort- as-a-Service leasing option for their residential heating and cooling needs. The Premier Program is a worry- free service enabling homeowners to replace and upgrade their heating and cooling equipment for a low monthly payment, while eliminating the common pain points associated with owning, maintaining, and repairing such systems.

3. Midea Wows Middle East with New Inverter Wonder AC
Usually, traditional window air conditioners require manual operation, but Midea Wonder AC is convenient and hassle-free to use. The remote controller and wireless capabilities enable users to change the settings anytime, anywhere using the Midea MSmarthome app, or control the devices through Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

4. Cubigel Compressors Releases Cooling Expert+ Brand Strategy at MCE
Cubigel Compressors of Huayi Group, a Spain-based global leading compressor manufacturer, released a new brand positioning strategy titled ‘Cooling Expert+ for the Commercial Refrigeration Industry’ in commemoration of its 60th anniversary, on June 28, 2022, during Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE). This strategy strengthens the Cubigel Compressors brand positioning and image as a provider of world-leading overall solutions for the whole industry.

5. Flipkart, e-commerce Company Starts AC Servicing in India
e-commerce company Flipkart has entered the home services business, starting with offering air conditioner servicing, according to market sources. It is providing the service through Jeeves, an after-sales services company that it acquired a few years back. The service is available in Bengaluru in southern India and Kolkata in eastern India and will soon be expanded to other major Indian cities.
