Currently, the U.S. heating market is benefiting from a tailwind for heat pumps, thanks to environmental policies implemented by the Biden administration, subsidies from state governments and electric power companies, and soaring gas prices. Compared with markets such as Japan, China, and Europe, the U.S. heat pump market is still in a developmental stage.
The main application of ATW heat pump systems in the United States is water heating. In addition to residential, commercial, and industrial water heating, ATW heat pumps are often used to heat swimming pool water.
