Wiegmann Associates begins HVAC work for new 150-unit senior housing development in Chesterfield

Chesterfield, MO – Wiegmann Associates has begun work on the new $35.2 million, 150-unit Shelbourne at Chesterfield senior housing development in Chesterfield, MO. Wiegmann is the design/build mechanical contractor and Engineer of Record (EOR). Construction of the 197,000-square-foot complex is expected to be completed by Spring 2023. The development is a joint venture between Shelbourne Healthcare, a Pennsylvania-based senior housing developer, and Cedarhurst, an operator of senior living facilities across Missouri. The general contractor is Brahms Construction, LLC and the architect is Moseley Architects.
