UNIDO and KOREA energy agency promote renewable energy and electric vehicle in Thailand

Within the framework of its project “Supporting Southeast Asia countries to cope with climate change through policy consultation and capacity building in the area of renewable energy and energy efficiency”, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the Korea Energy Agency (KEA) hosted a workshop for Thai policymakers from the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE) on the policy experience of the Republic of Korea related to RE100 – a global renewable energy initiative committed to 100% renewable electricity –and electric vehicle promotion.
