CR 2021 Technical Report — Cold Chain Equipment

At China Refrigeration Expo 2021 (CR 2021), the technical progress of cold chain equipment was showcased, focusing on energy savings, environmental protection, automation, intelligence, etc. In the context of the pandemic, there were also exhibits of refrigerated and freezing storage equipment for vaccines, biological samples, etc. designed to ensure their quality and public health safety.
 Moon Environment Technology displayed an intelligent three-dimensional (3D) freezing tunnel which automatically blows cold air to freeze large pieces of processed meat and poultry packaged in trays moving along a production line. This system employs efficient airflow distribution, a variable-pitch evaporator, a high utilization rate of cold air, a long defrosting cycle, and also compact size.
